The 32nd ASSET Annual Meeting will be held October 16-18 at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter.

The ASSET Annual Meeting will be held at the same time as the ASES closed meeting with opportunities for ASSET participants to attend specific ASES scientific sessions.

On Wednesday, October 16th, ASSET attendees are invited to attend the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons (ASES) President's Reception at 5:30-7:30 pm. Cocktail Attire is strongly encouraged. 

Registration price includes: 2 breakfasts, 1 lunch, Founders Reception with 2 drink tickets and appetizers.

Wednesday, Oct 16 - 5:30 to 7:30 PM - ASES President's Reception

Thursday, Oct 17 - ASSET Annual Meeting 

Thursday, Oct 17 - early evening - Founder's Reception

Friday, Oct 18 -  ASSET Annual Meeting

Accommodations:

There are only 20 rooms reserved for conference attendees at the San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter, 101 Bowie St. San Antonio, TX 78205. The ASSET group rate is $249 per night + tax. To make a reservation, use the following reservation link here Rooms are first come, first serve and we cannot guarantee the room rate being available for any additional rooms.

CEUs:

The number of CEU's to be offered is still being determined.

Dress Code:

ASSET/ ASES Sessions - Professional dress is requested as ASSET members will be attending multiple sessions of ASES programming.

ASES President's Reception - Cocktail attire should be worn (suit/dress/skirt/dressy pants and blouse).

ASSET Founder's Reception - Professional or casual dress.
