
Course Description:
This one-day continuing education course is designed for rehabilitation professionals—including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and athletic trainers—who evaluate and treat shoulder conditions across a variety of patient presentations. Presented by members of the American Society of Shoulder and Elbow Therapists (ASSET) and invited orthopedic surgeons, the course integrates foundational science, surgical insight, and evidence-based practice.
Participants will engage in interactive, case-based learning to explore key topics such as functional anatomy, clinical examination, non-operative and post-surgical treatment strategies, and interdisciplinary collaboration. With an emphasis on real-world application and critical thinking, this course is ideal for clinicians seeking to advance their knowledge, improve decision-making, and enhance outcomes for patients with complex shoulder conditions.
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
